Troubling....

There’s something Donald Trump isn’t doing, and it’s troubling. I have had a theory about Donald Trump and his running for president, but I’ll hold that for later. Donald Trump is good at using tools, information, so why isn’t he using the most damaging pieces? Why isn’t Donald Trump ramming the emails, Benghazi, and the following cover up against Hillary Clinton? If he were an earnest and driven candidate, would he not use the strongest possible weapons in his cache?

Were I Donald Trump, I would have three baseball bats (figuratively)…one would have the words “Benghazi…four dead”. The second would have “Emails…33,000 lies”. The third would have the words “A video, an ideology, and a fear of the radical muslim” emblazoned upon it. I would take them out every day and beat her (figuratively) down with it. I would demand answers for all of it. She has yet to answer why she failed to provide adequate security for the consulate despite the emails begging for it.

She has yet to answer for the lack of a response to the attack on Benghazi and the blaming of a video for the event. She stared at four flag draped coffins and repeated the lie. She has yet to offer an explanation for her soft response to the middle eastern situation and the attacks on American assets. She hasn’t offered explanations on 33,000 pieces of emails that can be believed. The contents of most supposedly about weddings and yoga. The woman can barely climb a flight of stairs without help, and she expects us to believe she does yoga? There’s a reason you don’t see video of her getting to the stage, just her on the stage already, just like there was a reason you didn’t see Gerald Ford getting on a helicopter.

Donald Trump is failing to use the most effective weapons in his arsenal, and one must wonder why. He has softened his rhetoric on illegal immigrants and American corporations foreign monies. He has NEVER addressed his own daughters clothing and shoe lines and their base of operations, or at least where the clothes and shoes are made. He has never addressed his own corporate interests outside the American borders. He has never once suggested that he would suspend all business activities while he was in office so as to avoid a conflict of interest in Trade agreements and laws.

All these things lead me to my theory….Donald Trump is a shill. He was meant to eliminate the serious republican threats, and then throw the election. Hillary and he have been friends, still are. He’s contributed to her campaigns, attended her social gatherings as she has attended his. Yes, it is very “conspiracy theory” of me to say so, but show me where Trump has given any details regarding his plans to “make America great again”. Has he explained where he’ll get the funding for a larger military? Has he explained where he’ll get the funding for his many boondoggles?

Donald Trump has yet to show me anything, setting aside his boisterous and presumptuous rhetoric and promises. He has yet to show me he is serious about beating Hillary. I don’t know about you, but if I am in the fight of my life, I will use every weapon I have, especially the largest ones. I wouldn’t pick at the lesser details or be vague about my goals. Donald Trump isn’t doing a few things I would think he should, and it’s disturbing.

I suspect he doesn’t want to wear it out too early, it’s important to not over bid the pot too early in the game. It’s also important to not give the Clinton machine enough time to squash your bombshells. I believe he’s waiting for the next WikiLeaks mail drop to hit her on that with both fists.

I respect your opinion, as you are a wise Munky, but I just have this sense that there is more going on than we have dreamed of Horatio.

I have long had the suspicion that he’s in it so she WILL win. The families had been fairly close & Trump didn’t get political until after she lost her bid. I tend to look at the possibilities & try to figure probabilities from there. It’s reasonable to not spend into the election until after labor day if you’re trying to pick up the undecided instead of being worried about rallying your base as Hillary is. She has to keep her momentum in her party or they won’t go out & vote. Trump has a different set of problems IF he wants to win.

Trumps problems begin and end with Trump. Hillary…..whew…where to start with her problems. Emails, Benghazi, now this new news that she regularly had staff break cell phones and pads so that information couldn’t be retrieved. What the hell makes people follow her?

Ya know, I have been thinking and wondering the same things. Here in NC, which apparently is a swinging state (and not in the good way), Hillary commercials are all over the danged place. Yet Trump is only now spending money on commercials here in NC. Now. September. 2 months away from the election.
My only reasoning I can come up with on this “strategy” is that the American voter has short term memory and he hopes to cash in on it by advertising two months away from election day and, hopefully, hammering away hard on Hillary. Perhaps this is too optimistic, but it’s the only rationale I can come up with that makes sense and not in the conspiracy realm…. although I do love reading about a good conspiracy.
Otherwise, is Trump in it for less than noble, American reasons? Is it all business? Or is it more sinister, back room dealing type set up than normal?

If he wins, I hope he has the good sense to suspend his business during the years he’s in office, like Cheney did. Otherwise, all his import laws, tax codes, and business regulations can be scrutinized and suspect of personal influence. If he loses, I think you’ll see him and Hillary back to being the best of friends real soon.

The fastest way to turn off this conservative is to rehash and drone on about Hillary’s crimes and misdemeanors. The Clinton name is synonymous with crime and corruption and I’m tired of hearing about them, and the Liberal pukes ignore it.
What you said is disturbingly obvious. The fix is in, Hillary’s confidence comes from from the super rich, the leaders of the worldwide socialist movement. Trump’s is an appealing actor who plays his lines well to the Constitutionalists and working class, but his director will not let him improvise.
There is little hope when a candidate’s main attributes are limited to her name and gender and our morally corrupt populace accepts such scum who promises further destruction of the country.

I can’t disagree with anything you have stated. the fix is in….

What’s troubling is the choice we have before us. Between a I know it all overgrown brat in need of a good smack. Who I fear will be made a laughing stock on the world stage at the least. Or a over used retread who has made perhaps one too many trips around the block gathering a bag of so many tricks who is pretty much up for grabs. Tis a hell of a choice for our levelheaded selection.
Yes indeed the Fix is in alright. And it’s a hell of a “fIX” we’re all in. Either way.
Should make a bird feel proud. But somehow it just doesn’t. I guess I’m just another malcontent. Oh well….

This election is an all time low. I thought McCain/Obama was bad, but this election cycle is truly a nightmare.

You are right why trump did not ask these three questions from hillary. Is he did’t have information about these crimes or he do not want to use these questions to attack hillary.I think he must use this against her and best essays should also answer these three questions.
